Sunbake pita was established in the year 2000 in Edmonton, Alberta. Sunbake currently employs 35 dedicated employees. Customer service oriented staff and tasty products are the core of our success.
We strive to serve customers and welcome them as family members. Sunbake manager’s constantly attending trade shows to maintain and beat industry standards. Baking seminars are also attended all over the world in order to enhance our quality and increase our production at the most efficient way.
We produce 3500 large pita per hour or 4500 small pita per hour. We supply countless restaurants, grocery stores, produce and ethnic specialty stores in Edmonton and surrounding area. We also ship our products as far as N.W.T., B.C, Saskatewan & Winnipeg.

We cater our full line of products plus Lebanese food to all events and occasions. Our high production machinery and highly trained staff were able to supply various booths at the Edmonton heritage show serving more than 20,000 pita pies in less than three days.
